International Government

The International Government mentioned in the books is the Great Hierarchy of Light; and for us Christians, who take our religious terminology from the Jews, it is of course Jacob’s Ladder, which is mentioned precisely in the second book of Leaves of Morya’s Garden. And for the East it is Great Shambhala, or Shabistan, or Mount Meru. There are other names as well, for they vary according to the people and the country. (LHR I, p 295)
